Mr. de La Corte is an international consultant in Public Policies for Local Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, doing his work from the company Management & Research (M&R), joins GMS Legal in May 2022; in addition to an individual title, he is an international advisor to the Panamanian Government (SENACYT), a regular collaborator of the TEC of Monterrey (Mexico) or the SBDC Network of the University of Texas at San Antonio (USA) among others.
He is also an international evaluator of Entrepreneurship and Innovation projects and an IDB consultant. At business level, he is an expert in HR and Internationalisation Strategies, Applied Innovation and Social Responsibility. He is a signatory of the United Nations Declaration of Panama and a permanent member of the Ibero-American Chair of Social Responsibility and Human Development, an UN-UNDP inter-university initiative, forming part of the Executive Committee.
Member of various research groups, including the National Inter-University Group “Socially Responsible Crisis Management”. Furthermore, he is a Member of the Expert Panel for the assessment of Tourism Strategies of the GEIDETUR Research Group. Approved consultant for the implementation of FORÉTICA’s SGE21. Permanent lecturer of the Official Degree in Organisational and Work Psychology at the University of Seville; of the Master’s Degree in Gender at the Pablo Olavide University, of the UNDP Leadership Programme “Amartya Senn: 100 Young People for Ethics for Development”, as well as guest lecturer and collaborator at different universities in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Panama and the United States, among other countries.
He is a regular lecturer and author of various works, the most recent being “Social Responsibility and Human Rights” (Responsabilidad Social y Derechos Humanos) at the Universidad de Costa Rica, or “Advances in Education for Responsibility and Sustainable Development in Ibero-America” (Avances en Educación de Responsabilidad y Desarrollo Sostenible en Iberoamérica) at the Universidad de Concepción (Chile), among others.
